James Sills

President & CEO at Clear Demand

James Sills is the current President and CEO of Clear Demand. James has also served as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Science Officer at Revionics from December 2007 to April 2012. During their time at Revionics, they were responsible for the vision, strategy, and product development of the company's cloud-based price, promotion, and markdown solutions. James also managed the Development, Product Management, Science, and QA teams. Under their leadership, Revionics released 15 successful product releases in 4 years. James also developed three patents and was instrumental in securing business with major retailers such as Walgreens, Family Dollar, Tractor Supply, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. During their time at Revionics, James grew revenues by an average of 70% annually.

Prior to joining Revionics, James served as the VP of Trade Development at SAP from January 2006 to October 2007. In this role, they were responsible for the development of SAP's product offerings in the Retail Industry. James opened a retail development center in India which expanded development capacity by 20% with only a 5% increase in cost. James also developed an integration strategy for the new acquired Khimetrics assets.

Before joining SAP, James served as the VP of Research & Development at Khimetrics from March 2003 to January 2006.

James Sills earned a doctorate in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a master's degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Dayton.
