Kristofer T. Miller

Kristofer T. Miller, MBA, currently serves as the Plant Manager at Clear Edge Filtration, starting in January 2024. Previously, Kristofer held various positions at Danfoss Power Solutions, including Operations Manager and Campus Environmental Health and Safety Manager, from August 2021 to January 2024. Prior experience also includes roles at Eaton, where Kristofer was Campus Environmental Health and Safety Manager, OPEX Supervisor, and in the Operations Leadership Development Program with multiple responsibilities in production, supply chain, and continuous improvement engineering. Internships at Eli Lilly and Company, Whirlpool Corporation, and ThyssenKrupp provided foundational engineering experience. Kristofer earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
