Jodi Cooling

Jodi Cooling is the People Director for the UK Retail division of the Clear Group and Brokerbility, where they prioritize creating a thriving environment for all employees. They previously served as Group Operations Director at ProAktive, contributing to the development of the company and its risk management services. Jodi's career began at RSA as an Account Manager, followed by various roles at ProAktive, including Risk Services Manager and Director of Risk Services and Claims Management. Jodi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Human Resource Management and Change Management from The Open University.
