Celia Stoute

Celia Stoute has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Clear Harbor since January 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing program performance and managing customer service teams. Stoute has held various roles within the company, including Senior Program Manager, Operations Manager, and Operations Supervisor, focusing on performance improvement, team leadership, and training development. Prior to Clear Harbor, Stoute also gained experience as a Teacher Assistant at Pioneer Preschool and as a Sales Clerk at Quins Jewelry. Stoute holds an Associate's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from The University of the West Indies, completed in December 2021, and received education from DSC Dominica State College between 2010 and 2011.
