Lubna Richter

Lubna Richter, PhD, is currently a Senior Manager at Clear Labs, specializing in Next Generation Sequencing for detection of pathogens in the food industry. Previously, Lubna worked as a Postdoctoral Associate at Cornell University, focusing on genetic engineering strategies for increased production of enzymes in algae strains. Prior to that, Lubna was a Researcher PhD Candidate at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where Lubna conducted research on microbial electrical conductivity. Additionally, Lubna has experience as a General Chemistry Teaching-Lab Instructor at Polaroid, and as an Undergraduate Research Fellow conducting research in dye chemistry and thermal imaging.
