Karen Jaw-Madson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching, organizational consulting, and education. As the Principal of Co.-Design of Work Experience since February 2013, Karen helps decision makers tackle organizational challenges to enhance business outcomes. Karen serves as an instructor for LinkedIn Learning, providing insights on leadership and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Other roles include leadership coaching at Sounding Board, Inc., teaching a course at Stanford Continuing Studies, and contributing as a co-author in a healthcare innovation book series.
