Malcolm Hatcher

Malcolm Hatcher has extensive experience in the financial services industry. Malcolm began their career in 1984 as a trainee broker at ICAP, where they rapidly progressed with additional responsibilities brokering Cash Deposits and Off-Balance sheet instruments on behalf of international banking institutions. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Senior Broker at Tradition (Europe) Ltd, dealing in, mostly, JPY and USD products. Malcolm then moved to Blackbird Europe Ltd, where they held the positions of Test Analyst (programme development) and Sales from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Euro Brokers as a Senior Broker, brokering various financial instruments in several currencies, including Euro, Japanese Yen and Eastern European currencies. From 2004 to 2008, they were at Tradition (Europe) Ltd, where they were a Senior Broker. Malcolm then moved to Blackbird (Europe) Ltd, where they held the role of Head of Marketing and Sales EMEA from 2008 to 2012. In this role, they were responsible for managing new and existing customer base, integrating global broking operations, and managing the London office. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an Associate Partner at St. James's Place Wealth Management. Finally, from 2014 to present, they have been a Managing Director at Clear Markets.
