Steven Tye

Steven Tye has held various roles in multiple companies throughout their career. Steven started their work experience as a Director for the Martha Ellen Tye Foundation in October 2008. In March 2010, they became the CFO of Modenus.com. Steven then served as the Chief Financial Officer for Amptify starting in February 2017. In January 2017, they also took on the role of Director at Smart Baking Company, and in September 2017, they became a Partner at Oceanus Investments Limited. Additionally, Steven served as a Partner at Blackwood Holdings Group LLC from April 2014 to September 2018. Steven was a Member of the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Symphony from May 2014 to December 2017. Furthermore, Steven served as a Board Member for ProHawk Technology Group Inc. from March 2016 to April 2021. In February 2018, they became a Strategic Advisor for Vaya space, and in July 2020, they took on the role of Strategic Advisor for DataWhys.

Steven Tye attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1973 to 1975. Steven obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with Sigma Cum Laude honors, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
