Nancy Spiker

Nancy Spiker has extensive experience in Human Resources. Nancy served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Clear Mountain Bank from September 2011 to the present, and prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources from June 2006 to September 2011. Before joining Clear Mountain Bank, Nancy worked as the Director of Human Resources at Medical Action Industries from July 1999 to September 2005.

Nancy Spiker completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business at Marshall University from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at West Virginia University from 1987 to 1991.
