Monte Lee-Wen

Monte Lee-Wen is the Founder and Chairman of CLEAR Property Management. Monte has over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and has held various executive positions in some of the most successful companies in the field.

Monte Lee-Wen began their career in commercial real estate with The PPA Group in 2002, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become President and Chief Executive Officer. Under their leadership, The PPA Group grew to be one of the largest and most successful property management firms in the country. In 2012, Monte Lee-Wen left The PPA Group to start their own company, CLEAR Property Management.

CLEAR Property Management is a full-service property management firm that specializes in luxury residential and commercial properties. Monte Lee-Wen has built CLEAR Property Management into a highly respected and successful company, with a team of dedicated professionals who share their commitment to excellence.

In addition to their work with CLEAR Property Management, Monte Lee-Wen is also a Board Member of Athletes for Change, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping troubled teens. Monte is also a CEO of ITU and the University of Commercial Real Estate, where they provide educational products and seminars for industry professionals and aspiring commercial real estate entrepreneurs.
