George Aldea has an extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. George began their career in 1986 as an Exclusive Agent for Allstate Insurance, where they developed and implemented business plans to grow the agency. In 2000, they joined BullsEye Telecom as an Account Executive, playing a key role in the startup's early success. George then worked at AT&T as a Senior Account Manager, responsible for sales and delivery of data and voice communication products.

In 2009, George became a Business Development Manager at C/D/H, where they developed loyal clients by providing professional recommendations on technology solutions. George later joined MBM Computer System Solutions as a Telecom Account Manager, generating new sales of voice and data products.

From 2010 to 2021, George held various roles at Telegration, an AppSmart Company. George started as a Senior Technical Sales Consultant, specializing in cloud services and advanced communication solutions. George then worked as an Alliance Partner, representing over 20 different companies to find the best solutions for clients' networks.

In 2020, George joined AppSmart as a Senior Network Solutions Specialist and Channel Partner SE. George consulted and designed cloud-based solutions for selling partners nationally, resulting in numerous annual sales records. George then moved to Vonage in 2021 as a Senior Solutions Engineer and Channel Trainer. George was responsible for design and application support for sales teams, and trained internal teams and channel partners on Vonage platforms.

Currently, George Aldea is working at Clear Rate as an Enterprise Sales Engineer and Channel Specialist.

George Aldea graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Walsh College in 1985. In addition to their degree, George Aldea has obtained several certifications, including VMWARE-SD-WAN from VMware SASE and Edge in March 2023, Voice API Foundation and VCC Foundation from Vonage in October 2022 and August 2022 respectively, Atmosphere Fundamentals CPaaS Certification from IntelePeer in November 2020, RingCentral Communications Professional from RingCentral in November 2020, Cloud Selling Foundations from RapidScale in July 2020, Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2 and Level 3: Certified Associate, and Fortinet Network Security Associate 1, all from Fortinet in April 2023 and March 2023 respectively.
