Jacob Rattee, aPHR, has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and customer service. Jacob began their career at Classic Pet Supply, where they served as an Associate and assisted with employee recruitment and selection. In 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at AlixPartners, where they were responsible for data entry, processing new hire paperwork, and corresponding with new hires. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Technical Administrative Specialist at Clear Rate Communications, handling customer inquiries and identifying areas for improvement. Jacob later served as a Complaint Administrator, directly communicating with complaint agencies and providing suggestions for improvement during new hire orientation. From 2014 to 2017, Jacob worked as a Repairs Administrator at Clear Rate Communications, recruiting vendors, scheduling appointments, and negotiating labor rates. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Team Leader, managing a team and implementing strategies to motivate employees and ensure quality customer service. Additionally, in 2020, they volunteered as an HR Committee Member at Hope Lutheran Church, assisting in creating processes and procedures for the church's HR department.

Jacob Rattee attended Warren Woods Tower High School from 2002 to 2007 and obtained a high school diploma. Following that, they enrolled at Oakland University from 2007 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Resources Development. In addition to their formal education, Jacob received the aPHR (Associate Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute in December 2016.
