Jon Kopczyk

Jon Kopczyk has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jon is currently working as the Manager of Network Operations at Clear Rate since May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at Telegration | Acquired by AppSmart from November 2018 to March 2021.

Jon also has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Jon worked as a Sales Engineer at BullsEye Telecom from September 2011 to November 2018, and as a Sales Engineer at Grid4 Communications from April 2009 to September 2011. Before that, they held the role of Technical Call Center Operations Manager at ACN Inc. from November 2006 to February 2009.

Jon's career started in the mobile communications sector, where they worked as a Regional Operations Manager at Talk America Inc. from 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, they were an Implementation Engineer at MCIWorldcom from 1998 to 2001 and a Network Software Technician at Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems from 1994 to 1998.

Jon also has a background in the military, having served in the United States Navy from June 1989 to June 1992.

Jon Kopczyk obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University in 1999. In addition, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including certification in Covid 19 for Coaches and Administrators from the National Federation of State High School Associations in July 2020. Jon also received certifications in Ring Central Communications Professional, Ring Central Contact Center, and Ring Central Sales Professional RCSP from RingCentral in November and December 2018. Other certifications include Concussion in Sports from the National Federation of State High School Associations in October 2018, Polycom Voice Technical Level 1, Polycom Customer Focused Solution Selling, and Polycom Fundamentals Series from Polycom in October and November 2016. Lastly, they obtained the CompTIA Network+ certification from CompTIA in March 2004.
