Binita M. has over fifteen years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Binita began their career in 2003 as a Retail Resourcing Assistant at Debenhams, where they later became a Retail Resourcing Advisor. In 2008, they joined Plus HR Limited as a HR Administrator and was later promoted to HR Team Leader and HR Team Manager. In 2018, Binita M. became a Customer Success Manager at Clear Review, a cloud-based Performance Management System.

Binita M. completed a Certificate in Personnel Practice at the College of North West London in 2004, where they were awarded the best final research project in the region on labour turnover, retention and recruitment. Prior to that, they obtained a Bsc (Hons) in Retail Management from the University of Surrey between 1998 and 2002. Her modules of study included Business Strategy, International Retailing, Buying, Logistics and Employment Law.
