Jeff Bullock

Jeff Bullock has a long and varied work experience in the cyber security industry. From 2015 to present, they have been the Chief Executive Officer of Clear Ridge Defense, a Baltimore, Maryland area consulting firm that specializes in acquiring full-spectrum cyberspace talent in support of DOD, industry, and private sector full-spectrum cyberspace efforts. Additionally, since 2015, they have served as a Technical Advisory Board Member for Thoughtly. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2015, they were the USCYBERCOM Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead at SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic, where they were responsible for managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk in all tasking in support of Fleet Cyber Command, Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command, Unites States Cyber Command, as well as other Service Cyber Components and their lower echelon commands. Jeff also served as the SPAWAR Liaison to Ft. Meade Commands.

Jeff Bullock received their Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences & Technology from Penn State University between 2005 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended Francis Scott Key High School from 2001 to 2005. Jeff also holds various certifications, including a SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in June 2020, a Certified Ethical Hacker from EC-Council, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional from (ISC)², a DAWIA Information Technology (IT) Level 2 from Defense Acquisition University, a DAWIA Program Management (PM) Level 1 from Defense Acquisition University, a DAWIA Systems Engineering (SPRDE-SE) Level 1 from Defense Acquisition University, an ITIL Foundations from AXELOS Global Best Practice, a Linux+ from CompTIA, a National Training Standard for Information Systems Security (INFOSEC) Professionals - NSTISSI-4011 from the Committee for National Security Systems (CNSS), and a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
