Lindsey Patton is a Sales Operations professional with a focus on project management and compensation management. After spending 14 years in broadcast news, where they directed multiple live TV newscasts and major events in New Orleans, Lindsey transitioned to SpotOn in 2022. At SpotOn, they established and led the Compensation Support team, quickly becoming a vital resource in sales compensation. Currently, Lindsey serves as the Director of Operations at Clear Solutions. In their personal time, Lindsey enjoys traveling, cycling, Pilates, and cooking Cajun dishes, along with spending time with their two dogs.
