Adam Swift

Adam Swift began their work experience in 2018 as a Communications Manager at Dún Laoghaire Business Improvement District. In this role, they were responsible for creating and designing the quarterly Dún Laoghaire Town Newsletter, organizing networking events for business leaders, and managing and marketing The DigitalHQ co-working space.

In 2019, Adam joined Clear Strategy as a Data & Analytics Consultant. During their time there, they designed and built a data warehouse for a multinational company, utilizing technologies such as Snowflake, Azure functions, Azure Data Factory, and Blob storage. Adam also developed a recommendation system using machine learning to determine a user's level of interest for a product based on their web activity.

Adam Swift has a diverse and extensive education history. Adam started their educational journey in 2013 at Technological University Dublin, where they pursued a Business Studies degree. Adam completed this program in 2014. Following that, from 2014 to 2017, Adam attended University College Dublin and obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a grade of 2.1.

In 2018, they enrolled at Dublin Business School and pursued a Postgraduate Higher Diploma in Computer Science. This program lasted until 2020, and Adam excelled in their studies, achieving a grade of 1.1.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Adam started their Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2021. Adam is expected to complete this program in 2023.

Throughout their educational journey, Adam has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills. Adam completed courses such as "SQL - Beyond The Basics" and "Learn Python Programming Masterclass" from Udemy in 2020. In 2019, they acquired the "Power BI Dashboard Design" certification from SQLBI and completed the "Machine Learning A-Z(TM): Hands-On Python in Data Science" course from Udemy. In 2019, they also earned the "Google Digital Garage" certification from Google.
