Brian de Simone

Brian De Simone has worked as a Risk Specialist at Clear Street since March 2021. Clear Street is a prime broker that focuses on modernizing and improving the brokerage experience. Prior to this role, Brian worked at Fidelity Investments. From January 2017 to March 2021, they served as a Market and Collateral Risk Manager in the Fidelity Enterprise Risk Management department. Additionally, from June 2015 to December 2016, they were an Associate Collateral Risk Analyst in the Operations and Services Group at Fidelity.

Brian De Simone attended the University of Tampa's John H. Sykes College of Business from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance. In September 2015, they also obtained the Series 7 - General Securities Representative certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Brian then pursued additional certifications, completing the Complete Python Bootcamp at Udemy in October 2019 and the Machine Learning: Hands on Python and R in Data Science course at Udemy in June 2019. Currently, Brian is enrolled in the Financial Analytics Master's Degree program at Stevens Institute of Technology, which they started in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2023.
