Juan Pena has a diverse background in operations and service, ranging from their time at Fidelity Investments to their current role as an Associate Director at Clear Street. With experience in international trade support, settlements, and reconciliations, Juan has also held leadership roles such as Vice President of Philanthropy at Family Initiative. Juan's education includes a BA in Communications from New England College and a high school diploma from Darrow School.
