Matt Lusignan

Matt Lusignan has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on client onboarding and operations. Matt'smost recent position was as the Director of Client Onboarding at Clear Street, starting in October 2021.

Before that, they worked at HSBC as the Regional Head of Client Management from March 2018 to September 2020, where they were responsible for building and leading successful teams and implementing strategic change and process improvement.

Prior to that, they held the role of Director and Head of Client Onboarding at Deutsche Bank from October 2015 to March 2018.

From October 2012 to October 2015, they served as the Director and Head of Prime Services & Client Execution Operations at Royal Bank of Scotland Business.

Before that, they held various positions at RBS Greenwich Capital, including Director and Head of Mortgage & Asset Backed Securities Operations from July 2006 to October 2012, Vice President and Manager of MBS Operations from February 2001 to July 2006, and Assistant Vice President of Mortgage Backed Securities Operations from February 2000 to February 2001.

Matt began their career at RBS Greenwich Capital as an Associate and Manager of IRD Settlements from August 1998 to February 2000.
