Dennis W. Liu

Dennis W. Liu, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at CLEAR since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Ubiquiti Inc. as Corporate Controller and International Controller, where financial leadership was provided for international finance functions across multiple regions, focusing on financial reporting and compliance. At Tunstall Americas, Dennis was the Controller, managing a team responsible for financial operations and reporting. Earlier experience at PwC involved leading audit processes for a client's IPO, while work at Deloitte & Touche included financial statement audits. Dennis holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed the Advanced Finance Program at The Wharton School.
