Masoud Karzand

Masoud Karzand is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at CLEAR since March 2023. Prior to this role, Masoud worked at Google from June 2021 to January 2023 and at Amazon from September 2019 to May 2021, contributing to the Topline Forecasting team. Masoud also gained experience at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from February 2018 to September 2019, focusing on AWS Alexa for Business, and previously worked at Microsoft from October 2014 to December 2017 as a Software Developer. Masoud began the professional journey as a Research Assistant at McGill University while pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science from 2011 to 2013. This academic background is complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Tehran, completed between 2007 and 2011.
