Russel Cook

Russell joins clearAvenue bringing 25 years experience in IT and HealthCare and 15 years of Federal Contracting.

At CMS he has partnered with the Medicare Plan Payment Group (MPPG), Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) and the Office of Information Technology (OIT) to innovate, collaborate, and bring continuity and best practices to CMS.

Mr. Cook has a BS in Information Systems and an MS in Technology Management from the University of Maryland, University College. Mr. Cook has extensive experience with CMMI and EVM, and is a practicing SAFe Agilist.

He has led migrations from Waterfall to Agile and the transformation of the development teams to DevOPS in the Cloud.
