Cristina Hodge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and data management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist at ClearBalance since June 2018, Cristina has previously held the position of Data Entry Supervisor/Contracting Specialist at Three Rivers Provider Network for over a decade, where responsibilities included hiring and training staff, as well as ensuring the accuracy of medical and insurance contracts in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Early career experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at Blockbuster. Cristina earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from National University and also attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
