Ray Freedenberg

Ray joined ClearBalance in 2006. As CFO, Ray is responsible for accounting and financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, taxes, underwriting, legal documentation, internal audit and compliance and risk management. Ray is a member of the ClearBalance Credit Committee, the Information Technology Committee and attends meetings of the Board of Directors.

Ray previously was Portfolio Manager for Meridian Commercial Healthcare Finance where he managed a portfolio of high yield asset-based credit facilities. He also worked in the audit department at Liberty Mutual Group. Ray received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University in Waltham, MA.
