Danielle Gibson

Danielle Gibson (Charlebois) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and account management. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at ClearCaptions, LLC since April 2024, Danielle previously held multiple roles at POS Portal from October 2015 to April 2024, including Senior Account Manager, Business Process Analyst, Service Operations Lead, Underwriter, and Billing and Retention Specialist. Earlier in their career, Danielle worked at B&J Body Shop and Towing from June 2009 to October 2015 as a Dispatcher, Payment Processor, and Data Analyst. Danielle is an alumnus of Southern New Hampshire University.
