With over 25 years of experience in customer support and sales, Kenny McCann leads the Customer Experience, Retention and Quality Assurance teams at ClearCaptions. He brings passion to building world-class customer service divisions while being the voice of the customer. Kenny lays the foundation in building employee ownership and participation in the workplace. Prior to joining the company, he held leadership roles at Blackberry, Everest Connections, ZVRS and Drivewyze. He earned his Master of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix.
