Tyson Hayes is a seasoned information technology professional currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Manager at ClearCaptions, LLC since July 2024, where responsibilities include leading the deployment of enterprise server-based systems and managing a team of Systems Engineers and Administrators. Previously, at Turn 10 Studios from August 2013 to May 2024, Tyson held the role of Site Reliability Engineering Manager, overseeing remote teams to maintain infrastructure for Xbox and Windows gaming services. With a diverse background that includes positions ranging from Service Development Engineer at Microsoft to Director of Social Media at Apathy Games, Tyson has developed extensive expertise in IT operations, development automation, and team leadership, complemented by an Associate of Arts degree from Highline College.
