Anna DeFazio has a diverse work experience in customer support and management. Anna started their career as a Reservations Coordinator at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts in September 2014, where they were responsible for booking company-wide reservations and providing information to guests. In October 2015, they were promoted to Assistant Manager, Information & Reservations, where they supervised reservations agents and managed the efficient operation of the Reservations Office. Anna handled a high volume of calls and provided ongoing coaching and support to their team. In September 2016, they joined EverQuote as part of the Customer Success team, where they built and maintained relationships with clients, responded to inquiries, and helped them optimize their utilization of the online platform. In May 2017, they transitioned to ClearCompany Talent Management Software as a Client Solutions Specialist, providing excellent support experiences to clients. From February 2018 to August 2019, they served as the Client Solutions Team Lead, where they coached and counseled team members, created new processes, and maintained standards. In August 2019, they were promoted to the role of Manager of Customer Support, where they continue to excel in providing support to clients.

Anna DeFazio attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in History.
