Justin Felton

Justin Felton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Justin began their career at Purdue Memorial Union as an Administrative Assistant from April 2012 to May 2014. Concurrently, they served as President of Purdue Student Union Board (PSUB) from January 2013 to December 2013, where they showcased their leadership skills in organizing traditional events.

In 2014, Justin worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Utah's Office of the Dean of Students, gaining experience in administrative tasks. Following this, they joined Banbury Cross Donuts as a Counter Attendant from October 2014 to May 2015.

Justin'sinvolvement in the field of student affairs continued with roles at Colorado School of Mines' Department of Residence Life as a Res-Life Intern in the summer of 2015, and later at the University of Utah's Student Union as a Graduate Assistant, Intern, and Community Manager from August 2015 to May 2016.

Justin then transitioned to the University of Colorado Boulder - Career Services, where they served as a Student Affairs Outreach Coordinator & Career Development Advisor from May 2016 to October 2018. Here, they offered guidance and support to students and coordinated outreach efforts.

In 2018, Justin became a Collegiate Sales Recruiter at Paycom, contributing to the recruitment process for sales positions within the organization until December 2019.

Justin'scareer took a turn towards the technology sector when they joined ClearCompany Talent Management Software as a Customer Success Manager in February 2020. In this role, they acted as a strategic partner for over 150 clients, achieving significant revenue growth and high client retention rates in Q2 and Q3 of 2020.

Building on their success, Justin was promoted to the position of Sales Engineer in January 2021 before being further promoted to Senior Sales Engineer in January 2022. In these positions, they exceeded sales quotas, generated substantial revenue, and received recognition for their direct impact on the business and overall contribution.

Justin's dedication to inclusivity in the tech industry is evident as they volunteer as a Career Advisor at PreSales Academy, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in securing PreSales jobs through mentorship and training, starting from March 2023.
