In 2013, Mindy joined Bridj, a transportation company, first as a Customer Service Manager and later as a Product Manager. During their time at Bridj, they contributed to the development of a dynamic transportation network that utilized technology and machine learning algorithms.

In 2017, Mindy became a Product Manager at Notarize, Inc, a notary public platform that allows online notarization. In this role, they played a key part in the company's mission of providing accessible and convenient notary services nationwide.

Currently, Mindy is a Product Manager at ClearCompany Talent Management Software, where they have held various roles, including Senior Product Manager and Group Product Manager. Mindy is involved in managing and developing products for talent management software.
