Nick Molak

Nick Molak has a significant background in sales and account management in the human resources industry. Nick started their career at Paychex, Inc as a Payroll Specialist in 2010 and later transitioned to a Sales Consultant role. In 2015, they joined Ascentis Human Capital Management Software as an Account Executive, where they worked with HR directors/managers and C-level executives to implement SaaS HCM solutions. After three years at Ascentis, they moved on to Emtrain in 2018 and served as an Enterprise Account Executive, working with enterprise organizations to create respectful and inclusive workplace cultures. Currently, they are a Senior Sales Executive at ClearCompany Talent Management Software, where they help clients achieve their talent success through their Talent Management Platform.

Nick Molak attended Elmira College from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing & Management.
