Jen Crutchfield

Jen Crutchfield is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Interim General Counsel and Head of Government Affairs, as well as Chief Compliance Officer at Clearcover since May 2021. In this role, Jen leads the organization's legal strategy within the insurance sector, focusing on regulatory compliance and advocating in governmental matters. Prior to Clearcover, Jen held positions including Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of Legal and Compliance at Independence American Insurance Company and State Counsel at State Farm. Jen's legal career includes significant experience in litigation, regulatory affairs, and governance, complemented by a strong educational background with a JD from the University of Arizona and an LLM in International Law from Université Jean Moulin.
