Jerrell West

Jerrell West, MBA, serves as Claims Director at Clearcover since December 2021, overseeing nationwide claims processes and operations across multiple shared services, including Estimating and Quality Assurance, while mentoring team leaders and their members. Previously, as West Zone Claims Manager for Auto Physical Damage, Jerrell managed a team of over 30 claims professionals and enhanced claims partner relationships. Prior experience includes serving as Claims Manager at National General Insurance, where Jerrell directed a team of 7 Claims Representatives, and a progressive career at Progressive Insurance, culminating in the role of Claims Supervisor overseeing a team managing high-value claims. Jerrell holds a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Fresno, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
