Christina Milstone

Christina Milstone has a diverse work experience in various industries. Christina started their career in 2013 as an Independent Researcher, focusing on Chemical Synthesis at The University of Texas at Austin. Following that, they joined Natera in 2016, where they held multiple roles such as Customer Experience Associate, Senior Customer Experience Advisor, and Customer Experience Supervisor. In these positions, they utilized their communication skills to connect with customers, assessed their needs, and recommended service improvements to management.

In 2020, Christina joined PeopleAdmin as a Product Owner and later became a Product Manager. Their responsibilities included overseeing product development and ensuring customer satisfaction. Christina then moved to ClearDATA in 2021, where they worked as a Technical Program Manager, Product Operations before transitioning to the role of Technical Product Manager in February 2022. At ClearDATA, they created strategic roadmaps for the Compliance Reporting Platform, implemented improved security measures, and developed documentation for compliant cloud service provisioning based on industry frameworks.

Christina Milstone obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from Natera and a Certified Associate in Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute Houston. In 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Natera and a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
