Ketan started their career as a General Manager at Hotel Shreenath, where they were responsible for controlling costs, analyzing food supply needs, and maintaining business data. Following this, they worked as a Technical Support Representative at Via-Phone Business Solutions, providing basic technical support to customers and assisting with hardware and network connections. Ketan then moved on to Benchmark Marcom as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided IT technical support to an international automotive aftermarket parts provider, performed root cause analysis, and explained technical information to non-technical individuals. Ketan later joined Trigent Software Pvt Ltd as a Senior Support Engineer, and ClearDox LLC as a Customer Support Analyst, where they configured Intelligent Document Processing software accounts and communicated with clients to provide assistance and ensure accurate business results. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead - Operations Analyst at ClearDox LLC, where they are responsible for configuring IDP software accounts, training and empowering team members, and managing documents using ClearDox software tools.
