Kristen Barnow

Kristen Barnow serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Tential Solutions since August 2020, where the focus is on delivering technology and transformation solutions. Kristen has held several leadership roles, including President of Asphire Staffing until February 2022 and Vice President of Client Development at Cielo Talent from January 2017 to August 2020. Additionally, Kristen is an active participant in initiatives supporting women's leadership, serving as a member and keynote speaker for the Women's Leadership Institute at Michigan State University, and as a member of Chief and Nest by Revel, fostering community and leadership development for women. Kristen is also a founding member of ClearEdge Rising, which aims to accelerate women's careers in the talent industry. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Michigan State University, completed in 1990.
