Gretchen Woods

Gretchen Woods has extensive work experience spanning multiple companies. From 1992 to 1997, they worked as an Underwriter at Universal Underwriters Group. Gretchen then joined Heartland Payment Systems in 1998 and held various roles, including Sales Compensation Manager, Service Manager, Regional Account Manager, and Division Manager until 2011. In 2012, Gretchen began working at Clearent, starting as Director of Sales Support until 2014. Gretchen then served as VP Midwest Division from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they became the Sr. Director of Change Management until 2020, when they took on their current position as Sr. Director of Customer Intake and Operations at Clearent.

Gretchen Woods attended Columbia College from 1990 to 1995 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting. Gretchen also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution during the same time period.
