Dawn Getchius

Dawn Getchius has a strong background in software engineering and database administration. Dawn began their career in 1994 as a DBA, Systems Admin, and Information Systems Technician in the US Navy, where they gained experience in software maintenance, database updates, and system monitoring. Dawn also created an automated training system during their time there. In 2002, they joined Lockheed Martin Corp. as a Senior Database Administrator, performing duties such as database administration, system administration, programming, and help desk support. Dawn then worked at Comter Systems, Inc. as a PeopleSoft/Oracle Database Administrator, maintaining an Oracle database and providing help desk support. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at NIP Group, Inc. as a Database Administrator, where they maintained and analyzed data in Oracle and Access databases, created management reports and queries, and maintained the department's website. Dawn then joined Conservation Services Group in 2006, where they held various positions over the years, including Senior Data and Operations Analyst, IS Developer, Senior IS Developer, Team Lead, Scrum Master, Applications Development Manager, and Principal Software Engineer. At CLEAResult, where they joined as part of the Conservation Services Group acquisition in 2015, they continued to lead teams and projects on software configuration, data migration, data analysis, program deliveries, and feature development.

Dawn Getchius completed their High School Diploma in College Prep at East Side High School from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended St. Mary's High School in East Rutherford, NJ from 1989 to 1991, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study.
