Gabriela Snobrova is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Chief People Officer at CLEAResult, the largest provider of energy efficiency solutions in North America, since January 2022. Additionally, Gabriela holds an advisory role at Case IQ, a leading provider of omnichannel intake and intelligent case management solutions. Previously, Gabriela was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sigura, the VP of HR Strategy & Operations at Acoustic, and the Executive Director of the Talent Practice at Vista Consulting Group. With a robust background at NCR Corporation spanning 17 years in multiple HR leadership roles, and earlier experience at marchFIRST and ZF Group, Gabriela's career is underpinned by a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Charles University.
