Leonard Diplock

Leonard Diplock serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at CLEAResult, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and strategy as a member of the Executive Committee since 2019. Leonard also holds a Board Director position at Vista Services and previously served on the board of Advanced Energy Economy (AEE). Prior experience includes leadership roles at Canada Post as SVP of Strategy & Corporate Marketing, Direct Energy in various vice president positions overseeing corporate development and strategy, and managerial roles at Centrica and Bain & Company. Leonard's early career included competitive rowing, achieving notable success in international competitions, and academic qualifications include an MSc in Management from the University of Oxford and a BComm in Economics and Finance from the University of Toronto.
