Seth Little

Seth Little has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Seth started their career at The Beam Team in 2001, where they worked as a Superintendent of Operations and later became the Operations Manager for the Western Division. During their time there, they led merchandising and construction operations across 12 states and played a key role in the company's significant revenue and production growth.

In 2010, Seth joined BSC Construction as an Account Operations Manager. Seth successfully sold and administered the company's first major public works project and collaborated with the Redwood Coast Energy Alliance on energy efficiency projects.

Since 2012, Seth has been with CLEAResult, where they have held several roles. Seth started as a Program Manager, where they worked on developing and improving company-wide best practices. Seth then moved on to become a Senior Program Manager, where they provided strategic leadership for operational development and played a crucial role in the delivery and development of residential and commercial energy efficiency programs.

In 2019, Seth took on the role of Solutions Director, leading the successful business development of CLEAResult Residential Field products. Seth was responsible for determining the nature, scope, and prioritization of product features and launching products and associated solutions.

In 2020, Seth became the Director of Product Development, focusing on customer engagement and program delivery standardization to drive company and product growth. Seth also led the deployment and growth of CLEAResult's suite of virtual delivery offerings and strategic partnerships.

Seth's most recent role at CLEAResult is the Market Development Director, which they have held since 2023. In this position, they apply their expertise to drive institutional consistency, growth, and customer experience enhancements across the company.
