Kelli Jellots-Diamond

Kelli Jellots-Diamond is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Clearfield since April 2021, Kelli coordinates HR functions aligned with strategic goals to maintain an effective workforce. Prior to this role, Kelli was the Human Resources Manager at Genuine Parts Company from April 2016 to April 2021, where diverse HR competencies were applied, including performance management and labor relations. Kelli also held the position of Area Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. for over eleven years, focusing on workforce engagement and management-level succession planning. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University and an MBA from Webster University.
