Chad Lafon

Chad Lafon has extensive work experience in various sales and leadership roles. Their most recent position was as the Chief Product & Marketing Officer at ClearForce, Inc. starting in March 2023. Prior to that, from October 2021 to February 2023, they served as the VP New Product Revenue at Equifax Workforce Solutions.

From October 2020 to September 2021, Lafon was the VP, Strategic Markets & Partner Development at Appriss, which acquired Securitec and Nevalon in October 2020. At Securitec, where they worked from November 2016 to October 2020, Lafon held the role of Vice President Sales & Business Development. Chad was also an Advisory Board Member at Securitec from January 2011 to October 2020.

At Nevalon Technologies, LLC, which was acquired by Appriss in October 2020, Lafon founded and served as the President from September 2000 to October 2020.

Before that, Lafon held various regional sales and director positions at Host Analytics Inc, Longview Solutions, SYSPHERA, Ultimus, Inc., and Sapiens, gaining experience in corporate performance management, business development, and sales.

Chad Lafon attended Virginia Tech from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In 1991, they enrolled in the Electronic Data Systems (EDS) - System Engineering Development Program and completed it in 1993. As a result, they earned a graduate IT industry seal of excellence for professionals in the field of System Engineering.
