John Keyes

John Keyes has an impressive work experience spanning over 35 years. John started their career in 1984 as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where they worked on the Windows 1.0 team and the first Windows version of Excel. In 1989, they joined Sun Microsystems as a Product Manager. In 1994, they moved to FTP Software, Inc. as a Senior Product Manager. In 1996, they joined Open Market as a Sr. Architect and Sr. Product Manager, where they designed and helped build web content management solutions using Java-based content management products. In 2000, they became the founding Product Manager at SoundBite Communications, where they helped the company grow from startup to a $48M+ public company. In 2013, they joined Genesys as Director of Development and Director of Product Management, managing a global software team responsible for voice, SMS, and email communications platforms. In 2015, they became an Independent iOS developer, developing native iOS/Swift applications for healthcare and communications. Most recently, in 2023, they joined ClearGov as the Director of Software Engineering.

John Keyes holds a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Syracuse University.
