Kristy Ollendorff

Ms. Ollendorff has over 25 years of experience in underwriting and is regarded as an expert in underwriting community development projects. Prior to working for Clearinghouse CDFI, Ms. Ollendorff had many years of experience in upper management for several mortgage companies.

As Clearinghouse CDFI’s Chief Credit Officer, Ms. Ollendorff is involved with all aspects of lending in low-income communities, including nonprofit technical assistance, loan term negotiations, and post close credit issues. She understands the flexibility needed to underwrite challenging Core and NMTC community loans, and works with Loan Servicing regarding all current borrowers experiencing payment difficulties. On average, 88% of Clearinghouse CDFI loans are projects that benefit disadvantaged businesses and/ or communities. Ms. Ollendorff oversees staff under her direction in business development, processing, and underwriting the loan requests submitted to the CDFI for consideration.

Ms. Ollendorff is a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Tustin and serves on the board of El Sol Charter School in Santa Ana. She also served on the MUFG/Union Bank Corporate Social Responsibility Advisory Board. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the Cal State Polytechnic University of Pomona, School of Business.
