Jordan Runnells

Jordan Runnells has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as an Intern/Administrative Assistant at Lincoln Gustafson & Cercos. Here, they worked on the company's website, created a blog, and assisted with meetings. In 2011, they also worked as a Leader In Training at YMCA, where they supervised groups of children and organized activities.

In 2014, Jordan had two roles. First, at Dial America, they worked as a Sales and Service Representative. Then, at the University Of California Riverside Aberdeen Iverness Residential Restaurant, they served as a Supervisor. In this role, they were responsible for managing on-campus facilities, working with upper management on facility evaluation and enhancement, and ensuring sanitation standards were met.

From 2016 to 2018, Jordan worked at ONRAD, Inc. as an IT Support Specialist/Net Admin. Jordan undertook various IT projects, including a VOIP integration. Jordan provided end-user support, documented phone instructions, and software support. Jordan also had an additional role as a Finance Accounting Intern at ONRAD, Inc., where they rectified accounts, corrected payment mistakes, and processed memos.

Since 2018, Jordan has been working at Canyon Partners, LLC as an IT Support Analyst. In this role, they provided IT support and assistance.

In 2023, Jordan will start working as an Information Technology Support Analyst at Clearlake Capital Group.

Jordan Runnells attended the University of California Riverside from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics. Jordan also completed a certification in Learning PowerShell from LinkedIn in June 2022.
