Dan Stanton is the founding partner at Clearlake Law, where responsibilities include delivering exceptional quality and value to clients while supporting the professional growth of lawyers within the firm. Prior to this, Dan operated as a sole practitioner at Stanton & Co, building an independent legal practice and providing counsel to enterprise clients on various commercial matters, including serving as outsourced general counsel to multinational organizations in sectors such as fintech and automotive. Dan's legal career commenced at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP as an M&A and private equity associate, where contributions included leading teams on significant transactions and corporate restructurings. Dan holds a BSc in Government from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Graduate Diploma in Law from City, University of London, and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
