Gretchen Fields has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Warbird Consulting Partners, LLC, where they provided customized consulting services in the healthcare and government sectors. Gretchen also worked as a Recruiting Operations Consultant at Meditology Services and as a Recruiter at Huron Consulting Group, where they were involved in recruitment, evaluation, and placements for client engagements. Before that, they held roles as a Recruiter at Callaway Partners and Search Financial/Accretive Solutions. Gretchen began their career as a System Administrator at The Coca-Cola Company and as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. throughout the early and mid-1990s.

Gretchen Fields obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Michigan State University between 1989 and 1993. Gretchen then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution during 1993 and 1994.
