Ian Forrester has extensive experience in operations leadership within the beverage industry, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Clearly Drinks Ltd since May 2019, where responsibilities include leading transformational initiatives post-acquisition. Prior roles at Clearly Drinks include Chief Operating Officer and Operations Director, focusing on business turnaround and operational excellence. At BRITVIC PLC, Ian was Head of Operations and held several managerial positions, driving transformation and efficiency across multiple sites. Ian began their career at Carlsberg Group as a Project Engineer and advanced to roles emphasizing engineering and operations management. Educationally, Ian holds a Foundation degree in Production Engineering from The University of Huddersfield and an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Leeds College of Technology.
